ASPEN
A Safe Place Empowerment Network

About Us

ASPEN is comprised of caring, dedicated, and mission driven individuals working toward the common goal of helping those with mental and behavioral health issues. Our primary objectives are providing quality mental health services, educating the public, engaging those in need of support, and advocating for those who are unable to advocate for themselves.

Our services are provided remotely, allowing individuals the convenience and comfort to connect with mental health professionals from any location, at any time. Each person participating in one or more program, therefore, has the ability to sustain support and treatment, as well as continued education and awareness.

ASPEN strives to provide a brave, safe space for those who are in need of mental health treatment, substance use groups, support groups, therapy, and referrals to housing and employment services.

Anyone who needs support! Those receiving care from ASPEN have the right to the care and support they need. Distance does not matter with virtual meetings for individuals with busy lives and those outside the Gaston area.

Our approach to mental health! We are a judgement and barrier free zone where people are in a brave space to find the help they need.
